About our products

• Every piece is handmade from natural materials such as leather, suede and fur. Small differences in grain, colour and finish from the photos are part of what makes each piece unique, not a fault.
• Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Our costumes and armor are made for costume, cosplay, theatre, reenactment and display. They are not protective equipment and are not designed to protect against injury.

Custom sizes

When you choose a Custom size, we make the piece to the measurements you send us. Please measure carefully: we can't accept returns of custom pieces made to the measurements provided, as explained in our Returns policy.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars (USD). The total, including shipping and any discount, is shown before you pay.
• Payments are handled securely by PayPal, which also accepts debit and credit cards. We never see or store your card details.
• We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
• Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, and only one code can be used per order.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once your payment is complete and we show you an order number. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a piece can't be made, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.

Reviews

Reviews you send must be honest and about your own experience. We check every review before it appears and may decline reviews that are abusive, off-topic or advertising. By sending a review you allow us to show it on our website.

The photos, designs, text and logo on this website belong to Ravencrest Gear. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
