What does Ravencrest Gear make?
Handmade costumes and armor: Viking and Norse outfits, gothic, pirate and dark fantasy coats, plague doctor costumes, sci-fi uniforms, Fallout-inspired jumpsuits and holiday costumes. Most pieces can be bought on their own or as a full set.
Is every piece made to order?
Yes, every piece is made by hand for your order. Your order ships in 3–14 business days, and delivery usually takes 5–12 business days worldwide after that. Custom sizes can take a little longer.
What sizes do you offer?
Most pieces come in standard sizes XS to 6XL, and many can also be ordered in Custom: made to your own body measurements, which you enter when you order. Each product page shows its exact sizes and a size guide.
How do I order a custom size?
Choose Custom on the product page and a box appears for your measurements. Take them directly from the body: neck, shoulders, chest or bust, biceps, sleeve length, waists, hips, thighs, knees, calves, ankles, inseam, outseam, full length and wrist. We get in touch if anything needs checking before we start.
Do you ship worldwide, and how much does it cost?
Every order ships worldwide with tracking. Shipping is free on every order. Import duties or taxes, if your country charges them, are paid on delivery.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. When your parcel leaves the workshop we send you the courier's name and the tracking number, so you can follow it to your door.
What is your returns policy?
Pieces in a standard size can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unworn and in their original condition. Custom-size pieces are made to your measurements, so they can only be returned if they're faulty or don't match the measurements you gave us. Faulty or wrong items are always repaired, replaced or refunded.
How can I pay?
Securely through PayPal, either with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card. We never see your card details.
